Store Policies

War Horse Armory LLC is a FFL  dealer. We do follow all local, state, and federal laws for firearm sales. Must be 21 years or older to purchase a handgun or lower receiver, and 18 years or older to purchase a long gun. All sales are conducted at our location, 150B Allen Dr, Northampton, PA 18067. All firearms sales must fill out appropriate paperwork, and must pass a PA Instant Check (PICS) here at the store.

We require 1/3 of the total down as a down payment (including tax and background check fee). The total balance to be paid in full within 60 days. If the total amount is not paid in full by layaway expiration date the layaway will be cancelled, and firearm will be returned to stock. The customer forfeits the down payment and any additional payments made toward the layaway purchase to War Horse Armory LLC. All sales are final.
